The installation of processing machines and equipment has begun at Izedon Carbonates factory. This represents a significant milestone in the project as it ensures that the company is on schedule to meet the production start date in September.
The next phase of preparation will include the commissioning of the equipment and comprehensive training for Izedon Carbonates employees. This will guarantee that all personnel are well-equipped with the knowledge and skills required to operate the state-of-the-art equipment effectively and safely.
IzeCarb will offer an end-to-end service from “Quarry to Customer.” As a result, mined dolomite extracts will be processed, bagged and delivered to the customer’s doorstep. The processed IzeCarb will be commercially available as Ground Calcium Carbonate, Coated Calcium Carbonate and Dolomite Aggregate, and customers will be able to place orders directly on the IzeCarb website. With a user-friendly interface, the website ensures a seamless ordering experience, allowing customers to select the exact specifications and quantities they need. Additionally, the website will enable customers track their orders and make enquiries.
Chairman, Izedon Carbonates, Osayi Izedonmwen is optimistic and says that each piece of machinery is being carefully calibrated and tested to guarantee optimal performance. He also assures stakeholders of the organisation’s commitment to employee safety, environmental stewardship and sustainable practices as the factory gradually moves towards operational launch.
