Applications

Paints and Coatings:

Our product enhances brightness and opacity in paints and coatings by acting as a white pigment. It scatters light efficiently, making surfaces appear whiter and more opaque. This results in a superior finish with better coverage and improved aesthetic appeal.

 Plaster of Paris (POP):

Our products contribute to smooth finishes and superior moldability in architectural and decorative applications by providing fine particle size and uniform consistency. This allows for better workability and detail in molding processes, resulting in high-quality, intricate designs and surfaces that are both aesthetically pleasing and durable.

 PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride):

Our product enhances the rigidity, strength, and longevity of PVC pipes, fittings, and profiles by acting as a filler that improves their structural integrity. It increases the material’s hardness and resistance to wear and tear, ensuring that PVC products maintain their shape, perform reliably under pressure, and have a longer lifespan.

Additive in Oil & Gas Drilling Operations:

Our product is a critical additive for oil and gas drilling operations. Used in drilling fluids, it enhances the performance of drilling muds by cooling and lubricating the drill bit, removing cuttings, controlling formation pressures, and maintaining wellbore stability.

Ground Calcium Carbonate is used to increase drilling mud density to about 1.44 kg/m3 and is preferable to barite because it is acid-soluble and can be dissolved with hydrochloric acid to clean up production zones.
