Responsibilities
- Planning and liaising recruitment needs with key functional leaders within the company
- Developing HR dept. processes and policies and overseeing implementation
- Develop monthly accounting and management reports
- Analyze and report insights from collated accounting data
- Identify financial optimization opportunities and report same to management
Qualifications
- A B.Sc. degree in Industrial Relations, Human Resources or other relevant fields (Minimum Second-Class upper division)
- PHRI, CIPM and CIHRM certifications are added advantages
- Excellent written/oral communication and presentation skills
- Minimum 3 years working experience as an HR executive in manufacturing company
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines while organizing and prioritizing work
- Good use of Microsoft office suite
