Quality Assurance Manager (IZC-QM)

The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance policies, procedures, and programs to ensure that our products and services meet or exceed customer expectations and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and Implement Quality Assurance Programs
  2. Quality Control and Inspection
  3. Supplier Quality Management
  4. Continuous Improvement
  5. Develop and deliver quality-related training programs to enhance employee knowledge and skills.
  6. Regulatory Compliance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field (minimum of 2nd Class); a Master’s degree will be an advantage.
    • Minimum of 5 years experience in quality assurance or quality control roles, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership position.
    • Strong knowledge of quality management principles, methodologies, and tools.
    • Experience in the mining and/or manufacturing/production industry/sector is preferred.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Certified Quality Manager (CQM) or Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) designation is a plus.
